I AM CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST

Galatians 2:20 KJV

I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live.  

Yet not I, but Christ Lives IN me.

And the life which I now live in the flesh 

I live by the faith of the Son of God, 

who loves me, and gave Himself to me.

What powerful scripture!  This scripture tells me that when I surrendered my life to Christ- I gave up the world- I gave up sin and death.

I traded death for life!  

I traded self for Christ!

I traded making my own way in life (and failing miserably) for faith in Jesus Christ

who L O V E S me.

He bought me with a price, His very life.

My life is not my own,

it belongs to God now

His wonderful Holy Spirit now lives in me,

I am not my own.

Hallelujah, 

Now I have a goal.

To walk by faith, and not by sight!

To trust in my God and not to lean on my own understanding.

To love Him with all my heart, mind, soul and strength.

To lean on and rely upon Him

in all things pertaining to my life.

in all things!

Christ in me the HOPE of GLORY!

Christ IN me, MY Hope!

Hope deferred makes the heart sick.

I am  not going to put Jesus on the back burner of my soul.

He is no longer going to be second or third concerning my life

When I gave my life to Him, I GAVE ALL my life to Him!

I CRUCIFIED myself- my soul (my old ways)

And beautiful God, made me a new creature.  He said

Now, that you are IN Christ Jesus

OLD things are passed away

and behold,

ALL THINGS have become NEW!

We are NEW as we are IN Christ Jesus.

It is a big deal to be IN Christ!

It is a very safe place to be!

He is our Rock and His ways are perfect,

I never have to wonder if God is hearing my prayers (He is!)

I never have to wonder if God doesn’t love me (He will never stop loving me)

I will never have to worry about protection.  

(I am covered under the shadow of His wing).

All of this is part of being IN Christ.  Part of being the Body of Christ.

If you are a believer, you have benefits!

You have inheritance!

You have blessings, heaped upon blessings

your cup overflows and runs over!

God is a very abundant God!

He is wonderful-

Don’t delay to invite Him into your heart.

Today is the day of salvation.  TODAY.  TODAY.

TODAY IS YOUR DAY.

Jesus, we pray for that one who you are tugging at their heart.

Father, bless them now as we ask for you to forgive their sins.  We say:

Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for me.  Thank You.

I believe that you rose again on the third day.  Thank You.

I believe you did this for my salvation.  And I receive your salvation right

now, in Jesus name.

Forgive my sin, and make me pure in you.

I want to be crucified with You Jesus, so I can live.

Live in me, forever Lord.  Bless my faith, and 

open the revelation of God unto me.

Thank you for forgiving my sins and that the old has passed away

and you have made me new.
