2 Cor 6:6-8
We prove ourselves
by our purity
our understanding
our patience
our kindness,
by the Holy Spirit within us
and by our sincere love.
Psalm 119:9-16
How can a young man keep his way pure?
By guarding it according to Your Word.
((I will keep guard))
With my whole heart, I seek You; let me not wander from Your commandments.
((I will seek))
I have stored up your Word in my heart, that I might not sin against You.
((I will store up God’s Words))
Blessed are You, O Lord; teach me your statutes.
((I am taught by the Lord))
With my lips, I declare all the rules of Your mouth.
((I speak/declare/teach))
In the way of Your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches.
((O, I delight in You, my God))
I will meditate on Your precepts and fix my eyes on Your ways.
((I will think about You, pondering You, and keeping my eye on you))
I will delight in Your statutes, I will not forget Your Word.
((Your Word is my delight, Abba.
I will never forget YOU, Thank you))
Job 28:20, 23 & 27
From where then does wisdom come?
And where is the place of understanding?
God understands the way to it, and He knows its place.
Then He saw it and declared it; He established it, and searched it out.
And He said to man, “Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is Wisdom,
and to turn away from evil is understanding.”
James 5:10
Brothers and sisters,
as an example of patience
in the face of suffering
take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.
Col 1:9-14
And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Proverbs 25:16
Patience can persuade a prince, and soft speech can break bones.
Romans 11:22, 2 Sam 2:6
Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell,
but kindness to you, provided that you continue in His kindness.
May the Lord now show you kindness and faithfulness, and I too will show you the same favor because you have done this.
((There is favor in kindness, Hallelujah))
James 4:5-10
Or, do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says,
“He yearns jealously over the spirit that He has made to dwell in us?”
But He gives more grace.
Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”
Submit yourselves therefore unto God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.
Cleans your hands, you sinners.
And, Purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Be wretched and mourn and weep.
Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you.
Romans 15:13
Now- may God, the source of hope,
fill you will all joy and peace
as you believe,
so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit!
Hallelujah!!!! Hallelujah!!!
1 Pet 1:22
Now that you have purified yourselves
by obeying the truth
so that you have sincere love for each other,
love one another deeply,
from the heart.
Amen Jesus, Abba, bless us all, in Jesus name. Amen.
