GOD NEVER CHANGES...WE MUST!

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ... Heb 13:8

I am your God, I change not! Mal 3:6

God never changes, but we as children of God need to change!  This world has nothing to offer-  Jesus, however, has everything to offer us- as be begin our journey toward Him.  The first step is believing Him.  Believing in Him.  And as we do, we become stronger, and mature “in” Christ Jesus.  The world then doesn’t look so enticing- but repelling.

You see, Jesus made a way for us…  God made a way for our todays and our tomorrows.  He is our way, truth and life!  In Him we live, move and have our being!  

It is us that need to change.  To become holy.  To become righteous.  To become like God, imitating Him to the fullest.

There is power in the name of God!  He doesn’t change- His power doesn’t change!  His will doesn’t change!  

He is God!  

He wants us to be like Him!  We need to change our way of thinking.

Remember the scripture that says, when we are in Christ Jesus, the old passes away and behold, new comes?  The old sin (death) goes away, and our life begins new.  

But we need to grow it, mature it, shunning evil, and running toward God who is the Author and Finisher of our faith.  Beginning with His Word, our Truth, and Way and Life!  It is our answers to everything we need.  We also have the Holy Spirit to utter the things we don’t know to pray.  He prays for us, as we pray!  We have a compassionate Father who loves to lavish His love upon us, and a Yea and Amen Son, Jesus who roots for us all the way—cheering us on— as we follow Him.

Thank you Father that there is no confusion when it comes to You.  You are ABSOLUTE.  You are the final say, the God who never changes His mind, but remains steady and firm in all things.  You have all our answers.  You guide our every path, and provide for our every need; all we need to do is ask anything in Your name, and it shall be done.  Thank you for Your word today.  Bless it, and let it resonate in our hearts and minds and transform us.  Change us Lord!  Change us into the man or woman You want us to be.  Let us be filled full of the goodness of God.  Bless our faith today Lord.
