THE BLESSING OF "BELIEVING"

"If you do not listen,  and if you do not set your heart to honor my name," says the LORD Almighty,  "I will send a curse upon you,  and I will curse your blessings.  Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not  set your heart to honor me."

Malachi 2:2 The BLESSING of LISTENING to our Father and the CONSEQUENCE of disobedience is a CURSE to your blessing! In fact, a non-believer curses himself all by himself by not believing. John 3:16 says; anyone who believes has everlasting life verse 18 states: if you don't believe you are condemned already. Another words, a non-believer of Jesus Christ is condemned and cursed by choice, theirs. Just as a believer of Jesus Christ is blessed with blessings, gifts, grace, and favor HEAPED upon heaps, from the Father.

GOD FIRST

"Be very careful  to keep  the commandment  and the law  that Moses  the servant of the LORD  gave you:  To love the LORD your God,  to walk in all his ways,  to obey his commands,  to hold fast to him  and to serve him  with  all  your heart  and  all  your soul."

Joshua 22:5

.....YEARNING.... FOR MY GOD

My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness.

Isaiah 26:9 

I wonder, how many people think upon these words?

How many of us yearn for their God?  

Who has this burning affection for their Lord?  Almost a painful longing, waiting, waiting…

How many can say God is on their mind day and night?

Who of you has made God your BEST FRIEND, the One who sticks closer than a brother?  The One whose presence is found near you?  The One who people can see as you talk about your friend sees HIM “in” and “through” you?  Is He in your eyes, in your voice & in your enthusiasm toward God?

You see, this is what God wants of His people who are called by His name.  He longs for us too!  He is waiting for that very moment to bring us to Him.  Yet, only He knows the day and time.

So in the meantime, we wait, we long for Him, we stay prepared morning, noon and night.  We do no let unrighteousness creep in or even linger.  We resist and fight it with all our might.  

Our goal is to be “righteous” in the Father’s eyes.  We put away the evil, the unwholesome talk, getting rid of the unholy, the things we may put before Him, and look to the Author and Finisher of our faith with longing, waiting to see what wonderful thing God is going to do for us today!  

New mercies this morning?  This is no problem for God!  In fact, NOTHING is impossible for Him, as we know!

Abba, this world around us is in such turmoil. So much disagreement, disillusion, confusion, hate and such.  But You are a God of LOVE, PEACE, and You adore Your children!  You want us to learn about You!  In fact Jesus, You told us to take your easy yoke upon you…  because it is easy, and nothing is hard for you!  Thus, making nothing hard for us too as we utilize our faith IN You!  All we have to do is learn of You and Your righteousness, imitating all the facet of You.  And in the end, our reward is great!  Help us Lord, I pray.  Help us to LONG for You.  Yearning for our Great God who is mighty to Save, Hallelujah.

This I pray in Jesus name.  Thanking You God, for being good, good good!  My living beating heart is grateful to You, Abba.  I love you!  Amen Jesus!  Amen  ld

Do you Complain or Argue???? God has a much better way.

Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life -- in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing.

Philippians 2:14-16 

Sometimes, “easier said than done,” right?  Complaining is one of the first things we want to do.  When things don’t go our way, what do we do, complain!  And, if we have “complaint” with our mate, doesn’t it usually turn into an argument?

God wants better for us!

Not only in our relationships (especially our godly relationships), at home, in the work place, at school or any place where your walk is being scrutinized by others.

This is why God wants us blameless-  He doesn’t want anyone to point their finger at us.  He doesn’t want us to have “reputation” of being a complainer or worse, an arguer!  No, we are called in Mat 5 to be PEACEMAKERS!  And, how blessed are those who are the peacemaker!

We live in a world of hate and haters!  They LOVE to argue, spew hate, put down, point fingers, and just plain snub and rub in their views of hate.  Don’t follow that path!

But, God has a different message: LOVE!  Not “the love of…”  but just plain LOVE. 

GOD wants us to be different: SHINY, like the stars in the universe!  OBEDIENT, holding on to the Word of Life.  God wants us to hold out, being godly, and righteous.  This is His goal for us!   Above ALL, be separated and far from the crooked and depraved generation of hate and haters!  Stand out as God’s child, for we are all different!

We have a job to do in this life!

Do it without complaining!

And, do it without arguing!

In all you do, DO as unto the Lord!

and you will never go wrong!

If God is put first, everything will fall into place.  If God is place first and center in our lives as we submit, we can resist- (shove away violently, and keep far from us) this enemy who is ever present and wants us to fail in God’s endeavors for us.  God said in His word, this devil will flee.  If you know God’s word, and use it for your good, the enemy has lost ALL say in your life!  Jesus has this!

Thank you, Father, for your Word today.  Thank you for the reminder of not complaining or arguing.  Or, even falling into the trap because You want better of us.

Thank you that we are NOT depraved and crooked, NO Lord, but blameless and pure in Your sight.  We are the peacemakers, this is what You intend for us!  We are the Children of God, Your children, and You Father, are pleased!  We shine!  We make You proud.  We make You smile.

Help us, Abba, as we HOLD ON and hold out, never letting go, and never surrendering to the way of the world, and even ourself being “tempted” to complain and argue, or fall into that trap.  But help us to hold on to You, for  You are the Author and Finisher of our faith Lord, holding tight with all we have.  Let it be our mission to be a people of peace.  A  mission to choose to please the Father by putting You first in our lives!  A mission to “do right.”  

Abba, honor this scripture with Your help for all of us to do better.

And Lord, for some it is hard to bite our tongue, help us!  Bless us with your peace, and teach us when it is time to speak, and a time to be quiet!

Show the arguer and the complainer Lord, that there is a better way; Yours.  A peaceful way, an honorable way IN You.  Help us to be reminded that if we are the “finger pointers” that 3 fingers point right back into our direction as we point at others.  Speak to us Lord the revelations of ALL Your Truth.

We belong to You, and You want the best from/in/through us as we REPRESENT You.

Help us all to do better, Lord.  Forgive our errors, and teach us humility, and teach us peace, and teach us to be just like You.

Thank you for Your Word, I pray that You SEND it, prosper it, and grow it with fruit.

HE KNOWS MY NAME

Our devoted Father LOVES us!  His name is God Almighty, praise to HIM forever and ever.  Wisdom and Power are His… He gives wisdom to the wise men, and knowledge to men of understanding, Hallelujah!

I will declare ALL the good things of God!  Hey, I am ALIVE, physically and spiritually!  God knows my name, and I know His!

I praise my Father in song, in declaration, in worship and praise, because He is so good.  God is my heart’s delight, and it is so good to bear His name.

I am protected under the shadow of His wings.  I am protected by the power of His mighty name.  Yes, it is good, because God’s name reaches to the ends of the earth, and His right hand is filled with justice.

When I acknowledge Him, He directs my paths.  A man who denies God is a wanderer without any sort of direction. He is without Light and Hope, if he follows his own path.  But, a man to DECLARES his Father, is a wise man indeed!  God knows, he knows… that IN God we are MOST BLESSED with God’s direction, Hallelujah!  

O believer, we are not hopeless, with a sick heart, but FREE, yes free indeed!  

Since the Lord has given me “new life” in more ways than one, I asked Him for MORE- more revelation, more of Him, MORE enlightenment.  Mysteries and Revelation opened to me.  The Lord told us that He will give us hidden treasures, riches stashed away in secret places, so we may recognize that He, God, is LORD, the one who calls us by name, the God of Israel, my Father!  The one in whom I love, glory to His name! 

God has named us, our name is one of a kind only known to Him.  I am sure because He is God, every name named will be beautiful, unique, just as our Father is.

It is good to know His name!  To pray His name! God has many names, and they are all powerfully lovely.  I must emphasize, God didn’t leave one aspect of His name unturned.  He knows all, is in all, and powerfully graceful and full of mercy in ALL, and I acknowledge, God is in ALL of everything pertaining to myself.  (I pray that you make this your goal too.)

I pray that you find time to acknowledge Him today!  Praise Him!  Glorify His wonderful name!  Thank Him, for we are a people who are called by His wonderful name!  Scripture says, even the demons believe and tremble.  Yes, Child of God, we are a most blessed people, God’s chosen.

Jesus, once again, thank you!  You and Father God are amazing!  Thank you that we are a people who You have named as Father God’s.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper, no enemy can cross our borders because we are protected under the shadow of the Almighty.  Not even the sun can scorch us, because our roots run very deep in Your streams of Life.  Thank you, for my name, and my brothers and sisters names too, Lord.  And, double thank you, for knowing who I am IN You, Jesus.  I know who my God is! I know He is a God of many names, all beautiful, and blessings heaped upon heaps!  Thank you, Lord.

Once again, thank you, for direction, for answered prayers, for Light (YOU Jesus), and that You have opened my eyes to SEE my Lord. 

Jehovah Rapha, my physician, my healer, thank you for coming to my rescue, and saving this very mortal life…ALL FOR YOUR GLORY!!!  That heaven and earth would meet, and Your will would be done.  Only YOU Jesus, amaze, make doctors scratch their heads and say, “this was a GOD-THING!”  ONLY for YOUR glory this was done, amazing God.  Thank you, again and again and again…

STRETCHING YOUR FAITH

STRETCHING YOUR FAITH

Talking about having my faith “stretched” this week!  I was singing the Ocean’s Song (where feet may fail) by Hillsong, and it dawned on me that God blesses us EVEN MORE as our faith is stretched!

As you may know, I had a massive heart attack Saturday, August 5, 2017, my main artery was severed and dying as it lay on the floor of the heart muscle.

My heart was pumping, (pushing-pulling squeezing this way and that, and the severed artery got caught up in that violent action.)  God spared me!  I should have been dead, just by the x-ray alone, I should have been a goner!  But, once again, God said NO.

Those who petitioned God on my behalf, thank you!  For YOU stretched your faith muscles for me, and God heard every cry, every petition, and every request on my behalf.

Today is the 6th day since surgery, and so far has been the best day, energy wise, that I can say; Hallelujah!!!  Jesus is my strength!  I am amazed and pleased to be His child.  God takes very good care of me, and YOU too!

As we believe together, in Jesus, our faith in ACTION together has been made complete!  (James 2:22)  What good is it brothers and sisters, if someone says they have faith, but has no deeds?? (James 2:14)  Our faith is not SHIPWRECKED!!! NO, our faith has been stretched, and pulled, and glorified! (1Tim 1:19)  We accept and believe in Jesus.  Our faith has been made whole, and we are the JUST who LIVE by FAITH!!

So, thank you, everyone, who loves this little child of God, I love you, too, child of God!

We are most blessed, aren’t we?  To be called and chosen by God.  Never to be snatched out of His hand.  He will never change His mind, He LOVES us, O, how He loves us! 

When we have our faith stretched, without a doubt, or wavering, no matter what our eyes see, we walk by faith and not by sight, God can work His LOVE, COMPASSION, & HEALING Power IN us.  We are protected by the power of His name.  Amen Jesus!

With this, I say, thank you, Lord.  In Jesus name!  Amen Jesus!

Hallelujah Lord!  Bless Your Word today as our prayers to You, Abba.

Forgive all our sins and transgressions.  Shine Your lovely face upon us and bless us with only the blessings You give freely.  Shine upon us, Jesus!

We lift up holy hands in worship and praise to our God, the One and Only True God.

Saying:  We love You, Lord.  We honor You.  We worship You in Spirit and in Truth. For You are God and God alone, and worthy of all our praise.

We are glad and we rejoice IN You, for You are our Absolute.  Let us be clean and pure before You, Abba.  Glory to Your precious name.

This prayer I pray, in Jesus name, asking You to SEND Your Word to us today as You Shine Your face upon us and be gracious to us with Your unfailing Love and Salvation.  Teach us Your decrees.  In Jesus name I pray.  Amen Jesus.
