..GENUINE FAITH...

…You (put your name here) through faith,  has been protected by the name of the Father (John 17:11), are shielded by God’s power until the day of His salvation, have been chosen and set apart, sprinkled by His blood have been given a precious gift, a living hope, our Father back, and our faith protected.  We have an inheritance that will never spoil, fade, rot, die, corrode or rust. Because it is undefiled; God is undefiled!  Halleluyah,  We have Living Hope for Eternity.  His name is Jesus- Lord to the believer.

So, let us get to our two scriptures today.  

So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you have to endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. 

1 Pet 1: 6-7 NLT

Got faith!  Anyone who knows me knows that “faith” is my favorite subject!  I learned that FAITH is a wonderful gift to have.  Faith is a seed.  The Word is a seed.  And the two together, with momentum, make a powerful weapon.  And, when you walk by faith and not by sight, you walk in the Power of God, with His blessings overflowing in your life.

So when the trials come, you have a choice; sink or swim!  This scripture tells you that when trials come, and your faith is genuine- it shows to God the proven character of your faith in which the end result is God’s YES-  which is: Praise!  Glory!  Honor!  Because we cried out:  “Abba Father!!” and He came!  We cried out:  “Jesus”  and He heard and delivered us.  We cried out “help” and our help came immediately.  Faith is something unseen, yet in the deepest part of us seen.  We know that God is here for us.  He is mighty to save!  He is our healer, our deliverer, our provider, our help, our strength!  (I can go on and on) as you know who God is to you and how God has provided Himself to you in ways you never realized.  It was FAITH that cried out!  And it was God who said, “okay, Yes!”

God is precious that way!  He is ever generous, never stingy with His blessings!  He wants you so blessed, so happy, so loved to abundance!

We were never promised a life without struggle or hardships.  We were never promised a life without trials, were we?  But when trials come, we have an out, we can pray!  We can trust God to help us!  We can cry out, “Abba Father” and guess what?  He hears us, and He comes to aid us.

When we are tested by fire, we are rescued.  The “proof of our faith” has been tested, and the result is praise, honor, and glory!

Have you ever been in a place where all you had is God to rely on?  That you even told Him, “who else would I turn to, God?”  I have.  I had a choice to utilize my faith and stand on solid rock (choose Jesus) or sink in the miry clay (allow my flesh to take over).  I chose Jesus to help me through. 

Do you know that Jesus helped me in my faith?  He helped my faith to grow stronger every day?  He gave me His Word to speak out, pray out, sing out and BELIEVE out to Him- honoring Him in every fiber of my being.  Every minute of my day, in faith, belongs to Him.

My faith was tested by fire, to God, he saw this little girl praying with all she had, believing with all she had, trusting in God with all I had for a life, my soul mate that he wouldn’t die.  I  was seeing with my very eyes life ending- my husbands.  But faith saw a different picture.  LIFE, not death, not just any kind of life but I prayed for ABUNDANT LIFE!  At the time, I didn’t know what I was praying, but now I know.  2 years later, a liver transplant later, new life later, a healthy life later, God gave me the words to speak out, the scriptures to believe and pray out and the faith to cry out: Jehovah Rapha (God our healer) and God came, God delivered, God healed, God provided, God did all He said He would because the momentum of faith and Word together caused spiritual blessings heaped upon spiritual blessings, favor, and grace came to my faith, and made it strong IN Christ Jesus, and to God be all the glory and honor and praise!

When fire comes, the tests come!  I read the other day on a church sign post, there is no testimony without a test!  True!

So that the proven genuineness of your faith, more precious than gold, perishing though being refined by fire, may be discovered to result in praise, glory, and honor in the revelation of Jesus Christ!  

So, I ask again, do you have faith, genuine faith???  Is God proud of your faith??

Does your faith produce?  Faith produces you know!  It produces glory, honor, and PRAISE!  \0/    

It also produces REVELATION.  Your eyes will be opened to Truth.  The truth of whom you serve.  

The God you serve is so gracious and so good.  Talk about genuine!  He will not let you stay in the fire.  You know sometimes, we stupidly walk ourselves to the fire? How dumb!

But all we have to do is cry out JESUS!!!  like Peter on the water, Lord help! as he sunk in the water.  Did Jesus let him drown?  No!  He helped him.  Indeed, Peter’s faith was a couple steps in the right direction- although he sunk, he still had a two-step kind of faith.  I give him credit! :-)

In closing,

We all have trials!  Everyone has problems here and there.  But as a Christian, a follower of Jesus, Truster in God there is something wonderful for us: HOPE!

If we stay faithful until the end, don’t you think your Heavenly Father will be faithful to you?  If you purpose in your heart to stand firm, and set your face like a flint, and REFUSE to sink in that miry clay while your faith is being tested, don’t you realize that your Father will honor your faith?  According to this scripture your faith in this situation is far more precious than gold, and as it is being “purified” so are you.  

You are strong, and IN Christ, your genuine faith is made strong, and purified unto PRAISE, glory, and honor unto God the Father, who deserves it all!

Jesus, thank you again for faith!  I say with all my heart, I BELIEVE, and I thank you with every fiber of my being and spirit, I love you, Lord.  I love you.  Bless us today, bless our faith.  Open your Word and give us Revelation of who You are.  Show us Jesus, that you have given us all a gift: a measure of faith, and we can all utilize it, for Your glory.  In Jesus name, I pray.  Amen Jesus!!! LIVING HOPE

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy became our father again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an incorruptible and undefiled inheritance that doesn't fade away, reserved in Heaven for you, who by the power of God are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Pet 1: 3-5 WEB

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name!  Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

It is important for a man to believe so that he will receive and have.  It is vital to BELIEVE in the Son of God so that we may enjoy the Gift God has planned for us.

We have a living hope*, an inheritance, and our faith shielded by the Power of God! 

When Jesus rose from the grave on the third day, as scripture stated, the Power of God was released not only to Him, but through Him to us.  Jesus completed His gift to us… when He sighed: “It is finished” it was finished!  The job He had to accomplish, was finished to the ninth detail all for us, and our Eternal Life.

Our undefiled Lord, sinless and pure was the ultimate sacrifice for our inheritance: for us to SEE the Father as HOLY by way of the Spirit and cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus for the sake of our Father.  We have been born again by believing in His precious Son.  And now, we live with great expectation!  God has reserved a place beside Him for YOU (and me) the believer because we have been obedient to Him.

Our faith is guarded, and we are protected by God Himself until we receive our gift, our inheritance, that will NEVER decay, rot, rust, or fade!

Our gift is priceless!  No human can repay God for the life of His precious Son.  No human is worthy of that spot.  God wanted a family, HIS family and the only way for all of this to come to completion was for Him to give His beloved Son. (John 3:16-17) and for us to believe (receive and have), and for the ones who do not believe, they are condemned already by choice of their own.

God has called us- all-  some will listen and follow.  And, some will refuse and be condemned.

Thank you, Father, that You have reserved a place for Your “chosen” in Christ Jesus.

Our inheritance is undefiled because the gift is Your Son-  and because of Your precious Son, we can LIVE Eternally with You.  

Thank You.  

Thank you, Jesus, Yeshua our Messiah and Lord, for the gift of Your very life so that we undeserving sinners can have life, in and through You.  Because You stated in Your Word, that we will not see the Father except by You.  

You were the sacrifice and gift- incorruptible and undefiled, our inheritance that doesn’t fade away, You will never rot in the grave, ever!  But because You ROSE,  You gave to us a LIVING HOPE; YOU!!!   

The believer is a most blessed and honored man! We are so privileged to be called sons and daughters of God.  Thank you, I love you, we love you!  Thank you for readying our salvation, and preserving it until that day comes to receive us as your own.

We live with expectation!  I live with the expectation that You will be arriving soon, Jesus to gather us home.  The dead in Christ shall rise first, and then, the remaining will gather in the clouds.  But, not until we all hear the trumpet sound.

Yes, my eye looks to the clouds, and I smile, for I know… one day…. I will see You.  My ear is tuned to the sound of the trumpet sound that will rend the air and split the sky to make room for all Your children all across the world.  The ones who love you!  The ones who were dedicated to You, the ones’ who made you OUR FATHER, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Lord, You are faithful to the faithful.  So faithful that You guard our faith by Your Power.  Thank you!  It amazes me how AWESOME You truly are that You would guard my faith unto Salvation, the salvation of the very end with You, forever.

Abba, YOU are PRICELESS!  Your gift to us is PRICELESS!  Your obedient children are priceless to You.  What a win-win, Lord.  Thank you!

Now Lord, bless our faith today, bless us as we wait in expectation.  Help us to hold on and not let go, because we have such a wonderful beautiful gift waiting for us; Your precious Son, our Salvation waiting to be revealed.

What a greeting!

To the ones “living as foreigners”  and to the ones in whom God is no respecter of persons!  This is how the Spirit read this scripture to me so that I could understand it.

To the chosen ones (in whom the Father has no partiality.  To you, and I, the BELIEVER of God’s Son), God our Father has SET YOU APART way from the beginning of time, He LOVES and chose us before we were made in our mother’s womb.  Yes, we were chosen!  We weren’t just a sparkle of God’s eye (a by-thought) but we are His sparkle!  We are the favored one, the apple of His eye, from the beginning!

To the OBEDIENT followers of Yeshua (Jesus Christ), we are protected.  One, with obedience, and Two by His precious blood, we have the most powerful prayer and promise: Grace and Peace.

Grace and Peace multiplied!

The chosen are the special.  Not “guests” of the Father, but “sons” of the Father.  We are a royal priesthood! A holy nation!  God’s special people…God’s special possession!  We are the ones that didn’t choose our Lord first, but HE CHOSE US from the beginning and appointed us that we should go and bear fruit and that our fruit should remain, so that whatever we ask the Father in His name, He shall do it.  We are the ones who have the Spirit of God in us, because we choose to fear the Lord!

Are you aware that the Father has set apart His faithful servant for himself?  

Is that you?  I want it to be me!  

Yeshua, our Lord, was such.  He was set apart for the goodness of God for Himself!  He was undefiled and pure, set apart from sinners, because He was sinless.  Thank you Lord!  He is precious, His blood, every drop that was shed is precious (not past tense precious) but this blood is still working today!  This precious blood is still powerful today, amen?

This is why we are set apart for our Lord- we are special in His sight.  We are washed in the blood.  God doesn’t see sin, but the blood of His Son, the one He gave to the world as sacrifice.  The pure and innocent one who traded places with us the sinner, so we could be set apart.  The sacrifice of Yeshua for us- the sinner- so we would become pure, holy, a royal priesthood and holy nation….  Jesus did this for us.  It is because of His blood that promises us grace and peace multiplied (more and more).  Halleluyah, Thank you Jesus.

So my question to you is this, as Christian follower of Jesus Christ, Yeshua our Messiah,  do you walk in/with this same Spirit which sanctified you into obedience?  Are you still obedient?  Are you making your Master proud that you are His Son or Daughter?

We can say we are Christian- go to church, know the scriptures from years of teaching.  Act the part.  But if we don’t walk out or live the part in sincerity we are fooling ourselves and wasting our time here.  This is NOT bearing fruit in God’s eyes, but is compared to a rotten apple.  (not the apple of God’s eye)

Are you the Apple of God’s eye?  Do you make God smile?  Is He proud of you?

Oh, I know we all have bumps and bruises, but have you gotten up and dusted yourself off with God’s help?  Have you asked for the blood of Jesus to be sprinkled over you so you can have the promise of grace and peace multiplied???? ((it’s an over and over kind of thing, because none of us is perfect!  Thank goodness God is!))

He is the lifter of our head, you know!  Ask God to help you. He wants to help you, you are His chosen! 

You know, we aren’t any different than the foreigners Peter was talking about.  We are temporarily here too.  We Christians are passing through, we are foreigners.  Our body is a tent, temporary.  We get to enjoy life here on earth.  We get to enjoy every breath, because none of knows if we have tomorrow.  So while today is TODAY, let us be a blessing in every possible way that we can.  

We can spread peace and give and be graceful to others.  We can show God’s love in obedience as the scripture states.  

This is why we were chosen!  To show the LOVE of the Father.

Now Father, in Jesus name, I ask special blessing over this message.  Father, you know who it belongs to, and who it will bless, and also, who it will be a nudge through the Holy Spirit, a nudge in obedience, a nudge to be fruitful, a nudge to be who you want us to be IN You Lord Jesus, we are the Chosen-  help us to act like it!

Help us not to meld into the world, but as You made us; SET APART- for Your goodness, for Your Self, so we will have the blessing of Your Smile upon us, that you will bless us, and keep us and make Your face smile upon us and give us peace.  Yes, Lord.  This temporary place is a place of enjoyment until our Eternal home is ready, and only You know Father when that day will come.  But in the meantime, help us to be the children of God You want us to be.  Bless us now abundantly with Grace and peace, I ask in Jesus name.

Here is the consequence: "Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me."  If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine. Matthew 10:38

Blessings come from abiding!

Continue in Christ and

Allow His Words to live on in you.

The only way to survive in the faith

 is to hold on, never letting go...

Asking, and keep on asking,

Seek for God, and keep seeking,

Knock...knock... and keep knocking

Be persistent, your faith depends on your persistence!

Deut 4:29 says: 

"But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul."

From there in that place of FINDING GOD and NOT LETTING GO, you will FIND HIM!

The Door will open to you, but you have to FOLLOW the Path to follow Him.

His footsteps have already paved the way for you!

Self has to be denied.  The DEATH of my whims and worldly ways have to STOP.

Faith in SELF has to Die.

When we die to Self, denying your worldly ways and  putting God first, is the first step to FOLLOWING CHRIST!

Whoever cannot do this is not worthy of Him.

Whoever cannot put total and complete faith in God

cannot possibly survive the LIFE that God has for you.

This is why we have to abide in the vine! (John 15) without the vine (Jesus) we cannot bear fruit.

Without the Vine, we can not exist.

If the branch is broken off (our dead works) it is good for fruit bearing blessings.  But if the branch is broken off because it is worthless, useless and not bearing fruit, it dies, and withers and is only fit for one thing; 

the fire pit.

Abiding has many blessings coming our way!  When we seek with all our heart, we will find Him.  When we ask Him of anything, He will give to us, ABUNDANTLY!

And, when we knock at His door, openly (with an open heart),  God will answer us!

But if we are "closed off" and can't be bothered, or REFUSE... or,

If we shun the Door, or shun the Light

how can blessing possibly come our way?

Or ask God of anything with the wrong attitude of 

NON-FAITH,

How can we possibly expect ANYTHING of God?

But do you know that God loves anyway?

He rains on the just and the unjust!

He is LOVE!

and loves the hard-hearted because He knows that even that hard-hearted unbeliever has up to his very last breath to change his mind.

The one who LOSES is the one who REFUSES God.

So, where are you in this scenario?

How does your life and attitude FIT into these scriptures mentioned?

Do you need a pruning, so you can bear fruit?

Or, will you be broken off and your branches burn in the fire, without hope?

God wants to ANSWER your prayers.  He wants to see your faith (in Him) grow!

God wants to bless you ABUNDANTLY!   But only YOU can allow Him to do so.

Believe or Refuse are your two choices.

Have Eternal Life in Christ, or die in the fire pit (which is also eternal)

Oh, Heavenly Father,

Help the one you are speaking to today.

Allow Holy Spirit these scriptures to saturate the heart

especially, for the hard-hearted.

Allow your Word to soak in, and let Living Water flow

in and through them, like a river!

Allow Your Faith to become ALIVE in them

so they (we) can ask, seek, and find You.

You want nothing but blessings for us, Abba.

Help us, and our faith IN You to grow!

Help us as we deny ourself as You teach, and follow You.

IT IS WORTH IT, to follow Jesus!

Who is God to you?

For me, God is my Heavenly Father.

One, who I go to with everything pertaining to my life.

If something goes wrong, I go to God.

When I have praise, I go to my Father 

and thank Him.

God, I know, is all around me

for, I feel His presence all about me.

His LOVE surrounds me

and His Spirit guides me.

My life belongs to Him.

This is the reason I go to Him for everything.

He knows my name!

He holds me in the palm of His hand.

Yes, He is my Abba.

This morning I read my daily scripture

it said this to my spirit: 

“I will be to them a God,

and they shall be to me a people.”

I want God, my Father, as much as He wants me.

I love Him!  The beauty of this is: 

HE LOVES ME MORE!

So Father, thank you for your Precious Love toward me; and toward Your 

people you call by name.

Thank you that we are IN You, and that You love us.

....STEADFAST LOVE.....

((Remember,)) The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases.  His mercies never come to an end.  They are new every morning.  Great is His faithfulness!

Remember my affliction and my wanderings,

the wormwood and the gall!

My soul continually remembers it

and is bowed down within me.

But this I call to mind,

and therefore I have hope:

The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;

his mercies never come to an end;

they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

“The LORD is my portion,” says my soul,

“therefore I will hope in him.”

The LORD is good to those who wait for him,

to the soul who seeks him.

It is good that one should wait quietly

for the salvation of the LORD.

We all have fallen short in sin.  The smart WISE man is the one who repents to their Father.  He has two choices.  Sit and remember, and remember and remember sin.  Or, repent and be redeemed.  

The place of wormwood is a miserable place.  It is a place of shame.  And if all your hope is in “remembering” your shame, you must be a most miserable person.

God doesn’t want this for you!  He wants you to have freedom, redemption, NEW MERCIES- not just today, but every morning!  He wants you to start your day off fresh and new IN Him; every morning!  He is a faithful God, especially faithful to the humble.  He is the lifter of your head, if you run to Him.

We all sin, and have regret.  I know I do.  I appreciate David’s repentance prayer to the Father about forgiving him the sins of his youth.  I pray that prayer myself.  Why?  I don’t want to sit alone in silence regretting my past- holding onto sin and allowing it to overwhelm my conscience.  God wants my conscience free!

This is why “it is good” to wait on God-  One, trust Him.  Two, wait for His answer.  Three, be free in Him.  Simple as that.  Simple faith, simple freedom.  I say to myself: “O my soul, hope in the Lord.”  As I ask for forgiveness, and the burden of sin is lifted, my hope is replenished, and I can sing David’s song…. my hope is in you all the day long!

However, I need to release what holds me down- S I N.    Beg God for forgiveness, or sin will hold you down with it’s ugly thumb.  Making you feel as if you were drowning.  You will, unless you cry for help.  

HELP LORD!  I HOPE IN YOU!

YOU ARE MY GOD…

Guide me in Your truth, and teach me.  For You are God my Father, and my hope is in You, all the day long.  Show me your ways Lord, and teach me.  For You are God my Savior, and my hope is in You, all the day long….  

Please Lord,  show us the revelation of steadfast love.  Some definitions are: loyal, faithful, committed, devoted…Relentless, unchanging, unwavering….  This is how Your love is toward us.  It never ends!  It is continuous, never ending, never stopping to rest.  You will never cease loving us.  Your mercies are for us whether we deserve them or not, because of your Steadfast Love.  Forgive me Abba, the sin that I hold to my heart.  I release it to you.  Please remove it from me so that I can be free IN You.  Thank you that You are my portion!  Thank you that You are the Hope that I seek.  You will never let me down.  Show me all the sin in me, even secret sin, Holy Spirit, so that I may see your face, and not fall short because of sin, and be embarrassed because of it.  Do not cast me away because of sin, Abba.  I know your precious Son Jesus died for me.  I thank you Jesus that You took the place of my sin, it was YOUR Steadfast LOVE that never stopped- even to the cross- Your love continued.  Even to Your resurrection, Your love still continues!  You do this because of LOVE.  Thank you.  Let me no longer sit in grief, and sorrows of regret.  But in the Salvation of my God, who has redeemed me of sin via way of the cross.  

Bless the one who hears Your message.  “It is good for them!”  Allow Your Word to minister all the way into their core, deep to deep.  Show them that they do not have to sit in the mire of sin, but be free in the fragrance of Love, compassion, and New Mercies this new morning, and every new morning that we take in as we are alive.

This I pray to you Jesus, in Your precious name.  Amen Jesus!  Thank you.

We shall not perish- nor die.  We shall never see darkness, but shall always be in LIGHT- IN GOD for Eternity.  

The GIFT was a life; 

God’s Son’s life in exchange for ours.

Purity in exchange for sin.  

Darkness in exchange for light.

Our life was that important to God.

The sacrifice was that great an exchange.

God wanted to become our Father again.

God wants us HOME with Him.

Only one will receive this gift

The one is the believer

the one who believes in His Son

The one who rejects Life,

condemns himself,

Thank you for your Son.

I BELIEVE that you died on the cross

for me,

for my sin

so I could be free

and live in Light

to live with YOU

for eternity.

I thank You.

I thank you that You want me to be part of the Family!!!

Please, Lord, forgive me of all sin, I repent.

Allow your Holy Spirit to minister to me, and bring people to me

to teach me about You.

Thank you for Saving my soul.  Come and live in my heart, Lord Jesus.
